Source systems stay in place

TCH links the customs, ERP and TMS records that describe the same operation. Nothing is re-entered, nothing is replaced.

Controls run on a common base

Consistency and completeness first, then tariff classification, export controls and sanctions screening, within the scope agreed.

A score is not a decision

Every result keeps its source data, its rule and its limits. An authorised person reviews it and decides.

Tailored to each industry

Defence, pharmaceuticals, automotive, trading: the obligations differ, and so do the controls defined with you.

  • Defence

Every part, every partner and every destination is cleared before anything moves.

Military and dual-use classification of parts and assemblies, licences followed by programme, end-user and end-use review, screening of partners and intermediaries, and the file that shows who cleared what, and when.

  • Aerospace

Long supply chains, controlled parts, and an origin that must be proven at every tier.

Dual-use items mixed with civil parts, preferential origin across supplier tiers, classification of assemblies and spares, and export licences tied to programmes and destinations.

  • Automotive

Origin decides the duty, and the supplier base decides the origin.

Preferential origin computed across deep supplier tiers, CBAM exposure on steel and aluminium inputs, classification of parts and kits, and consistency between purchase orders, shipments and declarations.

  • Pharmaceuticals and chemicals

Controlled substances and dual-use chemicals travel inside ordinary commercial flows.

Classification of active ingredients and formulations, precursor and dual-use controls, screening of third parties, and documents that follow each batch from the order to the declaration.

  • Electronics and semiconductors

The same component is free to ship or controlled, depending on its parameters and its destination.

Export controls on components and equipment, origin and valuation across contract manufacturers, screening of distributors and end users, and a classification kept consistent across catalogues.

  • Energy and industrial equipment

Capital goods, sanctions regimes and CBAM meet on the same shipment.

Classification and valuation of equipment, CBAM on steel-intensive goods, sanctions on oil, gas and related services, and project cargo documented from end to end.

  • Commodity trading

Volume, speed, and counterparties that change from one deal to the next.

Sanctions screening on counterparties, vessels and ports, origin and preferential proofs on bulk goods, deforestation due diligence on soft commodities, and valuation consistent with the contracts.

  • Agri-food and consumer goods

Deforestation, origin and labelling obligations on goods that move every day.

Due diligence on cocoa, coffee, soy, wood and rubber, preferential origin on finished goods, classification of blends and sets, and documents kept per lot.

Customs control is moving from declarations to data

Customs authorities will bring more data together to review the same operation. A company that sees only its own declarations will know less about its operations than its regulator does.

“At the heart of the reform is a shift from a declaration-based to a data-led system.”
European Commission, EU customs reform. Political agreement of 26 March 2026, approved by the Council on 3 September 2026, pending the vote of the European Parliament.

Isolated data, bounded access

Each customer's data is isolated by organisation and by entity. A dedicated database can be provided. Target hosting on OVHcloud in France, after qualification of the environment. Architecture and commitments are shared under NDA.
