Data processed
- Professional contact details and the content you choose to send by email.
- Technical performance measurements, such as the metric type, value, route viewed and navigation context.
- Technical logs strictly required for availability, security and incident investigation.
Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to your request and taking steps, at your initiative, towards a possible pre-contractual conversation, under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Measuring the website’s technical quality and protecting the service, based on Trade Compliance Hub’s legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Information requested during the initial contact is optional. Without contact details or minimum context, we may be unable to handle the request.
Recipients and transfers
Data is accessible to authorised Trade Compliance Hub personnel and technical providers strictly required for hosting, security and email, within the limits of their assignments.
Where a provider involves a transfer outside the European Economic Area, that transfer must rely on a mechanism under Chapter V GDPR and appropriate safeguards.
Retention
Contact correspondence is retained for the time needed to handle the request and, where necessary, for the period justified by relationship follow-up or the defence of Trade Compliance Hub’s rights.
Performance measurements and technical logs are retained for a limited period determined by diagnostic, security and incident-management needs.
Cookies and technical measurements
The public website uses no advertising tracker. Performance measurements are sent to a technical endpoint on the same site. Entering the authenticated service uses cookies strictly required for session and security.
